Die 30 Octobris 2026.

Feria VI infra Hebdomadam XXII post Octavam Pentecostes.

Simplex.

Amen.
Dómine in unióne illíus divínæ intentiónis, qua ipse in terris laudes Deo persolvísti, has tibi Horas persólvo.

O Lord, open Thou my mouth that I may bless Thy Holy Name. Cleanse my heart from all vain, evil, and wandering thoughts; enlighten my understanding; kindle my affections, that I may pray to, and praise Thee with attention and devotion; and may worthily be heard before the presence of Thy Divine Majesty. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Lord, in union with that Divine Intention wherewith Thou didst Thyself praise God, while as Thou wast on earth, I offer these Hours unto Thee.

Our Father, who art in heaven: hallowed be thy name: thy kingdom come: thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread: and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us: and lead us not into temptation: but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Psalmi.

Aspice in me,

Look Thou upon me,

Psalmus 118. 129-144.

Mirabília testimónia tua: * ídeo scrutáta est ea ánima mea.
130 Declarátio sermónum tuórum illúminat: * et intelléctum dat párvulis.
131 Os meum apérui, et attráxi spíritum: * quia mandáta tua desiderábam.
132 Aspice in me, et miserére mei, * secúndum judícium diligéntium nomen tuum.
134 Rédime me a calúmniis hóminum: * ut custódiam mandáta tua.
135 Fáciem tuam illúmina super servum tuum: * et doce me justificatiónes tuas.
136 Exitus aquárum deduxérunt óculi mei: * quia non custodiérunt legem tuam.
137 Justus es Dómine: * et rectum judícium tuum.
138 Mandásti justítiam testimónia tua: * et veritátem tuam nimis.
139 Tabéscere me fecit zelus meus: * quia oblíti sunt verba tua inimíci mei.
Amen.

Thy testimonies are wonderful: * therefore my soul hath sought them.
130 The declaration of thy words giveth light: * and giveth understanding to little ones.
131 I opened my mouth and panted: * because I longed for thy commandments.
132 Look thou upon me, and have mercy on me, * according to the judgment of them that love thy name.
133 Direct my steps according to thy word: * and let no iniquity have dominion over me.
134 Redeem me from the calumnies of men: * that I may keep thy commandments.
135 Make thy face to shine upon thy servant: * and teach me thy justifications.
136 My eyes have sent forth springs of water: * because they have not kept thy law.
137 Thou art just, O Lord: * and thy judgment is right.
138 Thou hast commanded justice thy testimonies: * and thy truth exceedingly.
139 My zeal hath made me pine away: * because my enemies forgot thy words.
140 Thy word is exceedingly refined: * and thy servant hath loved it.
141 I am very young and despised; * but I forgot not thy justifications.
142 Thy justice is justice for ever: * and thy law is the truth.
143 Trouble and anguish have found me: * thy commandments are my meditation.
144 Thy testimonies are justice for ever: * give me understanding, and I shall live.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be: * world without end. Amen.

Psalmus 118. 145-160.

Clamávi in toto corde meo, exaúdi me Dómine: * justificatiónes tuas requíram.
149 Vocem meam audi secúndum misericórdiam tuam Dómine: * et secúndum judícium tuum vivífica me.
150 Appropinquavérunt persequéntes me iniquitáti: * a lege autem tua longe facti sunt.
151 Prope es tu Dómine: * et omnes viæ tuæ véritas.
152 Inítio cognóvi de testimóniis tuis: * quia in ætérnum fundásti ea.
153 Vide humilitátem meam, et éripe me: * quia legem tuam non sum oblítus.
154 Júdica judícium meum, et rédime me: * propter elóquium tuum vivífica me.
155 Longe a peccatóribus salus: * quia justificatiónes tuas non exquisiérunt.
156 Misericórdiæ tuæ multæ Dómine: * secúndum judícium tuum vivífica me.
157 Multi qui persequúntur me, et tríbulant me: * a testimóniis tuis non declinávi.
159 Vide quóniam mandáta tua diléxi Dómine: * in misericórdia tua vivífica me.
160 Princípium verbórum tuórum, véritas: * in ætérnum ómnia judícia justítiæ tuæ.
Glória Patri, et Fílio, * et Spirítui sancto.
Sicut erat in princípio, et nunc, et semper: * et in sǽcula sæculórum. Amen.

I cried with my whole heart, hear me, O Lord: * I will seek thy justifications.
146 I cried unto thee, save me: * that I may keep thy commandments.
147 I prevented the dawning of the day, and cried: * because in thy words I very much hoped.
148 My eyes to thee have prevented the morning: * that I might meditate on thy words.
149 Hear thou my voice, O Lord, according to thy mercy: * and quicken me according to thy mercy.
150 They that persecute me have drawn nigh to iniquity; * but they are gone far off from thy law.
151 Thou art near, O Lord: * and all thy ways are truth.
152 I have known from the beginning concerning thy testimonies: * that thou hast founded them for ever.
153 See my humiliation and deliver me: * for I have not forgotten thy law.
154 Judge my judgment and redeem me: * quicken thou me for thy word's sake.
155 Salvation is far from sinners; * because they have not sought thy justifications.
156 Many, O Lord, are thy mercies: * quicken me according to thy judgment.
157 Many are they that persecute me, and afflict me; * but I have not declined from thy testimonies.
158 I beheld the transgressors, and I pined away; * because they kept not thy word.
159 Behold I have loved thy commandments, O Lord; * quicken me thou in thy mercy.
160 The beginning of thy words is truth: * all the judgments of thy justice are for ever.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be: * world without end. Amen.

Psalmus 118. 161-176.

Príncipes persecúti sunt me gratis: * et a verbis tuis formidávit cor meum.
164 Sépties in die laudem dixi tibi, * super judícia justítiæ tuæ.
169 Appropínquet deprecátio mea in conspéctu tuo Dómine: * juxta elóquium tuum da mihi intelléctum.
170 Intret postulátio mea in conspéctu tuo: * secúndum elóquium tuum éripe me.
171 Eructábunt lábia mea hymnum, * cum docúeris me justificatiónes tuas.
172 Pronuntiábit lingua mea elóquium tuum: * quia ómnia mandáta tua ǽquitas.
173 Fiat manus tua ut salvet me: * quóniam mandáta tua elégi.
Amen.

Princes have persecuted me without cause: * and my heart hath been in awe of thy words.
162 I will rejoice at thy words, * as one that hath found great spoil.
163 I have hated and abhorred iniquity; * but I have loved thy law.
164 Seven times a day I have given praise to thee, * for the judgments of thy justice.
165 Much peace have they that love thy law, * and to them there is no stumbling block.
166 I looked to thy salvation, O Lord: * and I loved thy commandments.
167 My soul hath kept thy testimonies: * and hath loved them exceedingly.
168 I have kept thy commandments and thy testimonies: * because all my ways are in thy sight.
169 Let my supplication, O Lord, come near in thy sight: * give me understanding according to thy word.
170 Let my request come in before thee; * deliver thou me according to thy word.
171 My lips shall utter a hymn, * when thou shalt teach me thy justifications.
172 My tongue shall pronounce thy word: * because all thy commandments are justice.
173 Let thy hand be with me to save me; * for I have chosen thy precepts.
174 I have longed for thy salvation, O Lord; * and thy law is my meditation.
175 My soul shall live and shall praise thee: * and thy judgments shall help me.
176 I have gone astray like a sheep that is lost: * seek thy servant, because I have not forgotten thy commandments.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be: * world without end. Amen.

Psalmi.

Pulchra es,

Fair art thou,

Psalmus 125.

In converténdo Dóminus captivitátem Sion: * facti sumus sicut consoláti:
5 Convérte Dómine captivitátem nostram, * sicut torrens in Austro.
Amen.

When the Lord brought back the captivity of Sion, * we became like men comforted.
2 Then was our mouth filled with gladness; * and our tongue with joy.
3 Then shall they say among the Gentiles: * The Lord hath done great things for them.
4 The Lord hath done great things for us: * we are become joyful.
5 Turn again our captivity, O Lord, * as a stream in the south.
6 They that sow in tears * shall reap in joy.
7 Going they went and wept, * casting their seeds.
8 But coming they shall come with joyfulness, * carrying their sheaves.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be: * world without end. Amen.

Psalmus 126.

Nisi Dóminus ædificáverit domum, * in vanum laboravérunt qui ædíficant eam.
Amen.

Unless the Lord build the house, * they labour in vain that build it.
2 Unless the Lord keep the city, * he watcheth in vain that keepeth it.
3 It is vain for you to rise before light, * rise ye after you have sitten, you that eat the bread of sorrow.
4 When he shall give sleep to his beloved, * Behold the inheritance of the Lord are children: the reward, the fruit of the womb.
5 As arrows in the hand of the mighty, * so the children of them that have been shaken.
6 Blessed is the man that hath filled the desire with them; * he shall not be confounded when he shall speak to his enemies in the gate.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be: * world without end. Amen.

Psalmus 127.

Beáti omnes, qui timent Dóminum, * qui ámbulant in viis ejus.
2 Labóres mánuum tuárum quia manducábis: * beátus es, et bene tibi erit.
3 Uxor tua sicut vitis abúndans, * in latéribus domus tuæ.
4 Fílii tui sicut novéllæ olivárum, * in circúitu mensæ tuæ.
Amen.

Blessed are all they that fear the Lord: * that walk in his ways.
2 For thou shalt eat the labours of thy hands: * blessed art thou, and it shall be well with thee.
3 Thy wife as a fruitful vine, * on the sides of thy house.
4 Thy children as olive plants, * round about thy table.
5 Behold, thus shall the man be blessed * that feareth the Lord.
6 May the Lord bless thee out of Sion: * and mayest thou see the good things of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
7 And mayest thou see thy children's children, * peace upon Israel.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, * and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be: * world without end. Amen.

Hail, O Queen, Mother of mercy! hail, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To thee we cry, the banished sons of Eve. Toward thee we sigh, weeping and groaning in this vale of tears. Ah, then, thou our Advocate, turn on us those merciful eyes of thine! And, after this our exile, show to us Jesus, the blessed Fruit of thy womb. Panem nostrum quotidiánum da nobis hódie: et dimítte nobis débita nostra, sicut et nos dimíttimus debitóribus nostris: et ne nos indúcas in tentatiónem: sed líbera nos a malo. Amen.

Amen.

Ave María, grátia plena, Dóminus tecum: benedícta tu in muliéribus, et benedíctus fructus ventris tui Jesus. Sancta María, Mater Dei, ora pro nobis peccatóribus, nunc et in hora mortis nostræ. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
